This specialisation provides you with skills to cultivate employee engagement in real world scenarios to build an organisation's capability and capacity within its workforce, to respond to unpredictable external forces and internal dynamics. 
  • Build workforce capability and capacity by exploring topics and external factors shaping HR strategy. Graduate equipped to manage staff, foster positive work environments, ensure legal compliance and align workforce strategies with business goals.  
  • Develop research and problem-solving skills, to create and lead sustainable workforces. Learn to research and acquire new insights, forecast potential impacts, and develop ethical solutions and plans to address emerging challenges and opportunities. 
Upon successful completion of this specialisation, you will meet the criteria for accreditation with the (AHRI).

Entry requirements

  • Completion of an approved Bachelor degree in the area of business, or equivalent
    or
  • equivalent minimum of three years professional work experience (at Skill level 1 -3).
